Terms and Conditions for the Scottie Pippen and Michael Jordan Auction Competition (FlipFam Kickoff)

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is The Card Collective (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Australia. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram
or eBay.

2. Competition Details

To celebrate the launch of our new eBay store, we are running a 1992-1994 Scottie Pippen and Michael Jordan Auction starting 8th January 2025 at 8:30 PM AEDT. All winning bidders of these items
will have a chance to pick one of the 2019 Panini LeBron James #129 Slabs listed on our store.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

a. Follow us on Instagram (@thecardcollectiveau) and TikTok (@cardboard.collective.

b. Like and Share the post to their story

c. Win one or more items from the 1992-1994 Scottie Pippen and Michael Jordan Auction on our eBay store.

4. Eligibility

a. This competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.

b. Employees of The Card Collective and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

c. Instagram accounts must be public during the competition period to verify entries.

d. Payment has been completed for the auction item won by the bidder.

5. Competition Period

The auction runs from 8:30 PM AEDT on 8th January 2025. All eligible winners will be finalized once the auction closes on Tuesday January 14th 2025

6. Winner Selection and Prize

a. All eligible participants (those who follow us on Instagram and TikTok and win an auction item) will be entered into a random draw to select the winner.

b. All winning bidders from the auction will be entered into a draw to win one of the 2019 Panini LeBron James #129 Slabs available in our store

c. The winner will be allowed to choose 1 x 2019 Panini LeBron James #129 Slab from those listed on our eBay store at the time of the auction.

d. The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within seven (7) business days after the auction ends.

7. Claiming the Prize

a. The winner must respond within 72 hours of being contacted. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected.

b. The prize will be shipped to the winner free of charge within Australia.

8. General Conditions

a. By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

b. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or is found to involve fraudulent activity.

c. No cash or alternative prize options are available.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected for this competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and delivering the prize.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or disruptions that may affect participation in the competition or delivery of the prize.
